Juli was born and raised in Perth and is very proud of her Lanark County roots. Although she currently resides in Stittsville, she spends much of her time working and playing in and around Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville. She has over 30 years in community health care starting with managing a combined family practice & walk-in clinic in Scarborough to her current role as a Manager for Home and Community Care in Smiths Falls. Throughout her career, she has been able to bring her personal passions of palliative care, inclusivity, and creativity into her work life in order to develop sustainable programs and services that support health equity using a population health approach. She has extensive leadership, quality & patient safety, joint health & safety, quality improvement, change management, resource management, and systems analysis experience. She is currently in the process of becoming a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional and looks forward to being able to advance health equity and inclusion commitments, policies, programs, and services in her community.
