Rideau Community Health Services (RCHS) is accountable to Ontario Health and to the clients and communities we serve. The Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (M-SAA) is an accountability agreement between RCHS and Ontario Health delineating accountabilities and performance expectations.
